“I love this cream. It has thick consistency but doest make my face greasy, absorbs well into the skin, well moisturise. I have very sensitive eyes and skin under and this cream doesn't cause any unwanted reactions. Great under make up.”

“This moisturiser, alongside the clarifying cleanser, works perfectly and has really helped to clear my skin up. It’s not too heavy on the skin either which is great”

“Texture is a bit heavy, however after application and throughout the day my skin is not oily, which often tends to happen in the T area. The cream works well on my skin, leaving it soft with notable difference in the skin appearance already after few weeks of using it.”

“Do not use this moisturiser if you have dry skin! It says that it is for use on dry or combination skin, and I have combination skin, but it has dried my skin out completely. My skin is now sensitive and flakey after using the moisturiser for 1 month so have stopped using the product.”

Hi Ellie Sorry to hear this. Looking at the product mix you've bought you may have overdone it on the retinol and that's what's causing the flakiness rather than the level of emolience in the cream. Contact us at help@facetheory.com for an exchange or refund. Jamie
