“Unfortunately I have noticed no improvement at all. The lotion is slightly 'sticky' on application, but soon feels normal. I was hoping it would be effective.”

Hi Julie Sorry to hear this, please contact us for a refund or exchange. The toners are alcohol-free and we don't include any volatile ingredients in like sillicones that would make them evaporate quickly. “This is the only product out of 4 that I ordered that I wouldn't buy again. It leaves a sticky residue on the skin. I've tried less, more, on wet skin, with cotton wool etc but I can't get past how it feels.”

“I have always struggled with enlarged pores on my cheeks and nose. I started using this toner 2 weeks ago and the difference has been amazing. The toner is the only thing I've changed, having had it recommended to me by a friend. Not only are the pores smaller and less noticeable, but I've also noticed a reduction in the number of black heads I have in these areas too. Overall, I think this toner is amazing and will be recommending to all my friends!”
