“I’m so impressed with results from this serum from very first use. My rosacea and also few big spots did calm down straight away. After two weeks my skin is really calm and smooth also looks brighter. Azaleic Acid it is a wonderful ingredient and I’m so glad that I found this serum. Don’t worry if you will feel a bit tingle sensation at first, that’s normal skin reaction as product it is active and definitely does the job!”

“It stings a little bit once you first put it on - but for me that’s how you know it’s working. It’s definitely helped lighten the scars on my face (I suffer from hormonal acne) I also use it on my elbows and am seeing a difference”

Hi Gail You may need to just press the bulb when it's outside the bottle, then drop the pipette in then release it and it should draw plenty of serum. If that doesn't work contact us at help@facetheory.com as it sounds like your pipette may be faulty. Jamie

“Only used this for a few days.. but beginning to see a slight lightening effect on post inflammatory spots. Bought it for my rosacea prone skin and for my melasma. Hasn’t irritated the skin but doesn’t see any provement in these areas yet - but I know melasma is stubborn”

“It’s quite a strong serum so I would say build up to it but it’s definitely leaves my skin very smooth and the burst blood vessel on my left cheek had reduced in visibility since using this serum.”
