“I’ve only been using this for about a week and a half and have noticed some improvement of my pigmentation marks. Just be careful when first using this product as when I first used I think I put too much on and it felt like it was burning! I now apply sparingly and just get a slight tingling! I have noticed my skin looks fresher and look forward to seeing any further improvement”

“This is my first time using azelaic acid. I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks and I really like it so far. First of all, I have sensitive skin. If you read dermatologist’s and newspaper articles on this active they all say how mild it is. I totally disagree, and found others on reddit say the same thing. I tried using this as directed on dry clean skin- oh my goodness the burn! It burned for maybe an hour or more. Like it stung like nothing else has ever done. This is 15% which I thought was only available on prescription. So I started using this every third day after my moisturizer then combined with my moisturiser and then it doesn’t sting at all. Not even tingle. It does mean that your skin isn’t absorbing all of it but if you have sensitive skin and need a lower dosage, this is how to do it. I have been increasing my usage and can now do every other day or when I have a spot even twice a day on that spot only. It doesn’t dry out my skin but has eradicated some cystic acne, so it hasn’t developed and went away. Very impressed with this product and loving it. Just be careful and adjust if you have sensitive skin.”
