Min hy ser fullständigt normal ut där den förut (på kinderna ) var blossande röd.

I had a random but quite severe breakout back in June which has left me with post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. This serum (combines with C2), has worked wonders for my skin. My breakouts have reduced significantly and I can see improvements in the dark spots on my face. My only criticism is that the application with the pipette is a little difficult and leaves quite a lot of product around the neck of the bottle.

This is good stuff honestly, my skin is combo/oily and gets occasional hormonal breakouts around my chin and the A15 serum gets rid of them/significantly reduce the size. However, as many people mentioned a lot it tingles. I would only apply it over problematic areas rather than the whole face for that reason, and also the pump application is easier to use than the other pipette type serums I've used from facetheory! Overall happy and will definitely repurchase. Thinking of hoarding this as it works really well for my skin type.

This is a very strong product but works very well for rosacea. I apply it only at night together with a moisturiser as it can sting my skin. But it is a very effective treatment for rosacea and sensitive skin. It works much better than the 10% azelaic acid suspension which I had before. The texture is nice and light and the pump works well. I also appreciate that it is fragrance and allergen-free. I am very satisfied with this product.

I've used another Azelaic acid cream in the past and it was great for my acne prone skin. But I remember that I stopped using it because after I application, my skin was itchy and it tingled uncomfortably. Facetheory's serum is not as strong as what I've used before, so I hoped that it would not be as irritating. But sadly, again, my skin feels uncomfortable for up to an hour after application. Just as other reviewers write, I had positive results such as calmer looking skin, fewer breakouts and breakouts that healed faster. I really appreciate the wonderful formula with great skin benefiting ingredients. But because of the horrid tingling after applicating I stopped using it at night and apply it only in the morning. I just couldn't go to sleep before the irritation disappeared. The other issue, as mentioned by other reviewers is the packaging. It is not easy to use at all. Since my purchase, I have found a Korean product which is 10% Azelaic acid and Bielenda's 5% Azelaic acid cream. I will give them a try in the hope that there will be less itchiness and tingling. I would definitely recommend Azeclear serum because it delivers great results and it may not be irritating to everyone. The price is not too bad and one figures out how to go around the difficult application.

Hi Thanks for your review - we've since changed the packaging to a lotion pump which you should find easier to operate. If you want a complimentary swap - contact us at help@facetheory.com Jamie
