“I was suffering a breakout of menopausal acne; red and very tender across my nose and cheek. I applied this serum at night and there was a noticeable difference the next morning. “This serum is excellent. I read somewhere 15% Azelaic acid is as effective as benzoyl peroxide for controlling sebhorreic dermatitis and fungal acne. So I thought I would try this, and I have not been disappointed. I use one pump on my face in the morning instead of a benzoyl peroxide 2.5% cream which I usually can't live without, and my skin has continued calm and spot free. Now I don't need to use the benzoyl peroxide. I am very very pleased with the results and will be buying again.”
