“I have an oily, acne prone skin with post inflammatory erythmea (red scars), I've read online that azelaic acid can help to get rid of these scars so I bought the produt. It unfortunatly gave me pimples and it made my hands very sensitive to water. My hand became wrinkled everytime I wash my hands. On top of that the texture is very greasy and hard to work into the skin.”

“I've imported this product to the US twice so far and it's worth the pennies and wait. I have types 1 and 2 rosacea, which this does a great job maintaining and calming. I was using the Ordinary's azelaic acid suspension before, which did all right at 10%, but the pilling and balling from the silicone base was incredibly frustrating when incorporating into my routine, using before spf, or makeup. This stuff is like a thin, liquidy serum that sinks into the skin very well and doesn't affect the layers above it. Because of the additional calming ingredients, it also doesn't flare my rosacea or cause uncomfortable burning. There was a tingle here and there while my skin adjusted to the change in percentage, but it's nothing like I've experienced in the past. I'll continue to repurchase!”

“Very effective, great product. I have been struggling with cystic acne on my neck/jaw especially. I have very sensitive skin, that is also oily and delicate from having Hypermobility syndrome. If the bed sheets even touch my neck at night, if I get hot or wear a scarf, then instant sores. I have started using this cream and seen immediate effects. So far (early days), it is stopping new sores and helping to speed up healing of existing ones. I made the mistake of putting it on my neck straight before bedtime, then I couldn’t get to sleep, as it tingles and can make your skin itch for a while, before calming. So I now make sure that I use it a couple of hours before bed. I’ve now opted to use it once a day, rather than twice, as it does dry the skin out and can make it look slightly red/flaky if too much is used. Huge improvement from having sores. Scars seem to be reducing. Please don’t change this product, as I will definitely be getting more. Thank you!”
