“I honestly can’t tell if it works, I’ve notice a reduction in acne and scene scars, however I notice after using it, my face stings for some time afterwards. Because of this I limited to only using nightly (and I only use one pump) because I didn’t want to stop and complain without trying a more consistent use to work out if it works despite the stinging. Also I thought by using it nightly I could build a tolerance to it, but alas, it wasn’t meant to be. I did originally start using the serum as a spot treatment and only on blemish marks and spots and didn’t experience this issue. And only switched to trying to use it all over thinking I had a tolerance built to it and that it would help prevent blemish marks, uneven texture and acne. But as I’ve mentioned, the stinging has become very uncomfortable, lasting at least an hour after applying. I’m kinda disappointed because I heard positive things about the serum as well as Azelaic Acid, and folks were saying this was a good, cheaper alternative to the more expensive brands, plus the addition of other ingredients such as green tea and aloe vera meant to help with my problems. But unfortunately the stinging has become too much, even if it is nightly. And I still have a congestion of blemish marks that haven’t gone away (again not sure if it’s because of this or other products in my routine) but because of this I wouldn’t repurchase, which surprises me because I’ve never considered myself as having sensitive skin.”

“It is effective is drawing out the pus from the pimple. I would normally apply this to my problem areas and after a day or two the size of the pimples significantly reduce. There is a slight tingling but not painful or uncomfortable. Great for treating both acne and hyperpigmentation that occurs after.”
