“I have been using this for around 2 weeks and am blown away by the results so far. My skin is hyper pigmented and I've tried everything. I wash my skin, pat in some Facetheory Porebright and then tap this serum onto the dark areas on my face and they are shrinking and fading nicely. I'm over the moon!”

“I have fair, sensitive, dry, rosacea prone skin with random acne. I've introduced my skin with azelaic acid (Paulas choice booster) 4month ago. Amonth ago I've switched to Facetheory stronger azelaic acid and thats when I saw imediate results: my flushing is very rare now, i don't get breakouts, my skin looks like transparent and fresh, no yellowing around my mouth. I use it every night, after washing my face on damp skin. No tingling/stinging or anything. Ordered backup allready:) very happy customer!”

“No words for how brilliant this is. I was skeptical at first, because I thought there’s no way a product can have so many good reviews, but I am happy to be proven wrong on this. It takes a few weeks to notice much change, as it’s so gradual. But believe me, it’s effective. For reference, I’m pale with ginger skin, and have always had trouble with some texture on my cheeks and dullness. This serum has done wonders to smooth out any texture and my skin looks so bouncy and fresh. It’s so nice being able to wake up in the morning and not worry about looking so tired! I find this works best when I alternate every couple of nights with retinol and a weekly acid mask, as I think maybe every single night could be too much. But most of all I’d say be patient- one day you’ll wake up and realise how much this serum does to help your skin!”

“Very good. A strong dose of azelaic acid which you may find a little bit 'stingy' at first. I stuck with it and use this only at night. It is definitely helping to reduce my hormonal acne. No unpleasant smell, easy to put on and I think the touch of chamomile is also quite calming on stressed skin. Excellent customer service as well.”

“I’ve been using this for about a month now, and I can honestly say that my skin is looking better than it has in years - skin tone is evening out, and looks fresher and not dull or tired. I’m using it every night after cleansing and toning. It still stinging for about 20 mins but I’ll happily put up with that once a day for my new, softer and clearer skin”

“Reluctantly, I have been extremely disappointed with this product. I love Facetheory products and have come to trust and rely upon them ... so I was very excited to receive my Lumizela serum- I bought it for my rocacea and because I have very flushed sensitive skin, especially during the summer months. Application was fine but almost immediately the serum began to burn my skin which was uncomfortable and a bit alarming. I read that you need to use a small amount and give your skin time to get used to the product but nothing has got any better after about 6 wks. Unfortunately for me, this pretty expensive product has been a waste of money for me and it has put a dent in my previously very trusting attitude towards Facetheory products as I’m now reluctant to try out other things that I’d had my eye on”
