“This product is amazing for acne sensitive skin! I immediately saw a difference just after a few days. This lightens up my face and gets rid of pimples. Tip: use the amount that is recommended. I started off using more and got irritated. After following the directions correctly, my face never looked better.”

“Ich habe Mischhaut und eine leichte Form der Rosazea, die sich als viele kleine weiße Pickelchen in der T-Zone äußern. Ich habe das Serum für abends und die Amil-C Whip M5 mit LSF 20 für morgens bestellt und bereits nach einer Woche hab ich deutlich weniger Pickelchen! Ich bin absolut begeistert!”

“I struggle with rosacea, dryness and a bit of acne, so I did some research on the right ingredients for my problematic skin and found azelaic acid. First I tried the azelaic acid 10% serum from the Ordinary. The serum had a mattifying effect I didn't like, but I kept using it to let my skin adjust to the ingredients (it itched SO bad for a week). Also, I didnt really see any improvements. Maybe I didnt use it long enough or was the percentage of azelaic acid not high enough, either way I ordered the serum from Facetheory because The Ordinary just didnt do it for me. This Facetheory serum cleared up my skin in 2 weeks. I was flabbergasted. All my acne is gone, my skin is less red and my skin is less dry and flaky. Since I started using it my skin has been glowy and more even (and less sensitive I think!). Its crazy, I NEVER used a product that works SO well on my skin. I also didnt experience any discomfort while using this, but I think that's because my skin was already used to azelaic acid (I used The Ordinary until my skin didnt itch anymore after using it). I recommend this product to anyone who struggles with the same skin problems. Definitely will buy again (probably forever, pls dont stop making this product)”

“To be 100% honest, I've not noticed any improvement in the pigmentation of my skin. I went for the higher concentration in the hope I would see results but unfortunately I haven't. I will keep using it, perhaps it is too soon but I was asked for a review. If there is a significant result after using for a longer period, I will of course change my score and review.”

“So far really impressed by the consistency and feel of this product. Also cannot rave enough about how quick and considerate customer service is. I live in Australia and accidently ordered 2 cleansers along with this serum. They had organized a refund within 2 hours! Really liking this brand keen to see the long term results of this serum.”

“I bought this in desperation to see if it would do any good for my perioral dermatitis. While I have made other changes in the same time as which I have been using this serum, so far (a couple of weeks) it seems to work wonders. I first thought that perhaps it was a bit pricey but you only need a very little amount for each application. If it keeps working as it seems at it moment, is is a small bottle of miracle serum!”

“This product is amazing, it is one of the most sophisticated of the higher percentage azelaic acids on the market when it comes to texture, ease of application and layering with other products. It worked really well and quickly to combat redness from my rosacea and to prevent tiny pustules. Used under moisturiser, it leaves a wonderful dewy finish. This was definitely a game changer for my skin after struggling with texture and rosacea for so long. Please don't stop making this!”
