“I think this is now my third bottle of this and I can't imagine not having it in my routine. I use it every other evening, and I'd recommend applying to dry skin to reduce the itchy feeling. It sinks in quickly and my skin looks much more even since adding this to my routine. I have oily to combo skin, mid-40s.”

“Bought Lumizela A15 serum for melasma. Azealic acid & liquorice extract are the two ingredients suggested to reduce melasma. The product felt & smelt great. Unfortunately I only saw a light improvement as I was coming to the end of my first bottle. The customer service is exemplary! I asked for a refund and was refunded within minutes. That’s the sign of a great company.”

“This product made me fall in love with facetheory, it completely changed my skin as none other serum did before (and I tried A LOT). I no longer have those big sore breakouts on jawline, it helped also with dry, red and flaky cheecks and overall my skin is much more even. Please do not ever discontinue this or change the formula, I could not live without this!”

“I am in love with this serum. Perfect consistency and strength for me as it does not irritate my skin (I've tried 20% but that was too much and 10% was too little). The acid itself agrees with my skin so this is a match made in heaven.”

“I have mild rosacea and am generally sensitive to using new products so I was hesitant to try an active serum, although I was encouraged by the fact it had natural ingredients. I love this serum, I can use it every night without any issues. It is a tingly sensation but I use with moisturiser and my skin looks really bright, clear and calm. I'm now on my second bottle!”

“I've been using it for a few weeks now. I'm really seeing results in terms of supressing inflamatory processes. Stil not sure about the effect on PIH, but guess it's just too soon for this. I like a lot the formulation, it's creamy but sinks in pretty fast. I combine it with my retinal and my copper peptides, no issues with that.”
