“I get occasional flare-ups of rosacea across my cheeks and nose, it is red, inflamed looking, blotchy and bumpy, and it feels sore, hot and itchy. On application this serum did sting a bit and remained tingly for a while, and I was concerned that it wasn't helping and might even be making it worse. But within 24 hours the bumps were much less visible and the whole area had visibly calmed down. After 3 days use the flare was gone. Very impressed”

“Excellent product for rosacea which unfortunately cannot be cured but Lumizela A15 really keeps it under control (warning: it does sting for the first week but absolutely fine after that). I have tried other products with azelaic acid but this is the best, I am never without it.”

“Absolutely love this serum. Looking for a order option strength Azelaic Acid which doesn’t require a prescription so this was an amazing find at an affordable price point. I love that the extra ingredients helps soothe my skin. It did tingle the first week or two which is expected but my skin adjusted quickly. Controlled my breakouts and helps reduced my acne scarring. Would not change using this, now my holy grail.”
