“This product can sting quite a bit, but with some buffering calming products underneath it wasn't overwhelming. 15% might be a bit too much for a beginner, but the texture is very nice and my skin appreciated the benefits despite the slight irritation.”

“Amazing serum formulated with 15% azelaic acid which is very hard to find in most countries, especially in North America. Very gentle, probably due to the colloidal oat. It really calmed down my rosacea without any irritation and only minimal dryness in the beginning but that could be because I also use tretinoin every night. Highly recommended if you're looking for a 15% azelaic acid product.”

Their service is way beyond good.It is the best service brand ever.Coming to the product, It contains all the good products. I usually try a new product, give time to my skin to be use to of this product and gradually see the the results. It is the wise way to use. I used supergel moisture and tranaexemic acid serum.Now trying Lumizela. All the unscented facetheory products are safe and lovely to use specially for sensitive and brown skin”
