“As a long term user of Niacinamide skin care and a long term buyer of Facetheory products, I was excited to try out the Pro version of my favourite Porebright serum! I'm actually not sure how to rate this because I actually had to stop using it due to a bad reaction with the serum. Dry, itchy and warm red skin around my mouth and eyes, which I didn't immediately link to the Porebright Pro (was in denial that 20% Niacinamide and my skin wouldn't become best friends). I could tell immediately that this wasn't a purge or breakout. My uber sensitive combination acne prone skin, which is notoriously fussy drew a line at higher concentrations of niacinamide. The reason for the 5 stars? I emailed customer service to explain what happened and ask whether the Porebright Pro serum would interact with the Amil-C Whip M5 moisturiser (both products I wanted to give my sister, who has much more tolerant skin), and within a few hours they had informed me that it would be fine to use together AND refunded both products without requiring the items to be shipped back! I wasn't really expecting this but it certainly makes me even more of a diehard Facetheory fan!!”

“I purchased this in addition to the vic c serum to help with my hyperpigmentation moustache. It’s only been a couple of weeks so it’s too soon yet to see a difference, I’ll come back and update this if it helps.”
