“This serum is a bit on the oilier side. I do not like such consistencies in general. Niacinamide serum does not need to be oily. Also, I do not like that the formula is in combination with exfoliating agents (even if gentle ones). Niacinaminde is a serum my skin needs every day. I use Niacinamide serums 2 times a day so that my skin does not get oily. As this formula has exfoliating ingredients I think it is too much exfoliation. Also, it is not good for people who have sensitive skin. Again, the packaging says it is for all skin types but it cannot be the case. This serum would be great for acne-prone skin because of cause with regular exfoliation combined with Niaciname such skin would see a difference. But those who have, normal, dry or sensitive skin do not really need this.”

“I’ve never felt the need to write a review before, but I’ve been using this serum for around 6 weeks and noticed that my hyperpigmentation from acne has faded dramatically. I’ve had these marks for 4+ years and tried countless serums, acids, etc. and nothing worked. I didn’t even purchase this serum for this purpose as I’d resigned myself to having these marks forever, then I looked closely in the mirror yesterday and saw that the marks are so faded they look like light freckles now! I cannot believe it! So happy.”

“This serum is my life saver and I’m on my 3rd bottle. It calms down existing breakouts and lessens any future pimples. I am prone to hormonal acne around my jaw line, which can become very inflamed and cystic. This serum is the only thing that helped me tackle my acne and stay in top of it. Consistency is key and I comfortably use it AM and PM after cleansing and before moisturiser and SPF.”

“I like this serum. My skin is sensitive with a touch of rosacea and was a little irritated at first so I just use one drop on and around my nose and seems to work well.”
