“I have been using this product for a little under a month. I did start this with an entire facetheory routine, so it is hard to say what this specific product did for my skin. So I am going to speak for the claims that they made and follow up with questions customers should be asking. Evening out skin tone: Not magic, but I do see improvement! Reduce appearance of acne lesions: I don't have many to start with so inconclusive. Exfoliates: I honestly don't expect much of this from this product and think it's a big claim to make when salicylic acid is right before the preservatives in the ingredients. I just imagine it's very little and the claim it exfoliates for marketing purposes. If so they should inform consumers of the percentage. Protects moisture balance: Totally see that with the combination of the products I am using! anti-inflammatory: Inconclusive since I don't suffer from that Combat clogged pores and acne: Yeah I have seen improvement! I presented a question already in regards to the salicylic acid. I wanted to add that I actually applied this product IN THE MORNING! I put it in capitalized letter in the event facetheory contacts me and lets me know why they suggest for evening if the salicylic acid is at a low percentage. Studies show that azelaic acid can reduce hyperpigmentation, but only at higher percentages above 10%. There are theories that azelaic acid helps other ingredients work better, but those are not proven in studies yet from what I understand. So this seems like a marketing thing to me. OVERALL: I actually really like this product. The texture is something to get used to, though. I could get The Ordinary's Niacinamide, but I like that this has some other stuff even at low percentages. I may switch to The Ordinary when I am financially needing to, but I would buy it again. :) I swear I like it I just want to be a smart consumer!!!”

“I like it and I use this after i wash my face!! Afther that I m applying the Supergel oil free! I don't know exactly what is doing this serum but my face feels and looks lovley afther all the routine”

“An sich ein tolles Produkt, mit ganz tollen Inhaltstoffen und auch noch duftfrei erhältlich! Leider klebt das Serum sehr und daher kann ich es nur Abends verwenden (Makeup auftragen ist danach nicht möglich). Deshalb nur 3 Sterne. Wer sich nicht schminkt hat hier sicherlich ein großartiges Produkt!”

“After reviewing many Niacinamide products I have at last found one that ticks all the boxes, providing excellent results with no irritation . I have seen a big difference with some sun spots which have faded on my forehead. I think the 10% niacinamide gives superb results. Happy Customer Lynette Jones”
