“This product is the best! I’ve been using it for years and will continue to do so. My only issue is that they’ve changed the packaging to the glass bottle with the pump and I can’t get the product out. I used it for a couple of days fine and but now I can’t get anything out. I know it hasn’t run out because I only used it a few times and I can see product in there. Please bring back the tube!!!”

If you’re stuck, try turning the bottle upside down and gently tapping, or run the pump under warm water to loosen, then prime with a few pumps with the cap off. “Having combination style, sensitive skin and rosacea (papular/pustular/talengiectasia) has lead me to try many skin products over the years including many moisturisers and this is genuinely the best moisturiser I’ve tried. My t zone is oily with very dry skin patches of skin across my cheeks and forehead, this moisturiser saturates my skin without adding any oil to it, sinking in quickly. It also keeps my skin clear of black heads and breakouts and friends have noted that my skin looks like it has a lovely glow to it now. I use this moisturiser as part of a trio of Facetheory products that I’ve found best keep my rosacea under control, and it’s looking the best it’s ever looked! After cleansing I use the HydraOat Calming Toner, then the Blemicalm Azelaic Acid 15% Clarifying Serum and then this moisturiser. I had almost given up hope that my skin would ever be improved after years of very inflamed skin with huge breakouts, fortunately I don’t feel like that anymore! I still have talengiectasia and without spf 50 I have flare ups, but largely this trio helps day to day.”
