“I do really like the product and is it great for my skin type of an oily T zone but I do prefer the old metallic tube rather than the glass dispenser, that is my only downfall and has made me reconsider as I am trying to purchase plastic free products.”

“So I’m very disappointed with the new packaging for this cream The cream is amazing I’ve been using it for years however the new version in the bottle doesn’t work, the pump is hopeless What a waste of of great product and as normal I bought 3 bottles of this cream Very disappointing”

“Best moisturiser, I’ve used it since 2022 or 2023. It helps with my acne so well. Only thing I would say it that the bottle stops pumping out product even though there is a lot left in the bottle which is annoying”

“I have really oily skin and this is amazing. I have used it for the last 4 years and love it. However, i give it 4 stars and not 5 because of the change of packaging. I have bought a first bottle and if you have slippery hands from the previous serums, it might slip really easy. It is a glass bottle and it slipped from my hands and broke. I prefered the previous packaging.”

“The packaging is awful - the new glass container is a nightmare. After 2 weeks no more product is coming through the pump even though you can see there is plenty inside because of the design of the pump. Means there is no way you can get it all out. Awful redesign which means more waste - definitely so you buy more and not thinking about the environment”

“The product is excellent, but the new bottle is poor. It is hard to pump out the moisturiser and a good percentage of it remains in the bottle because the pump cannot reach it. Due to the shape of the bottle and the size of the opening it is not possible to use an implement to get to the moisturiser either - so it sits in the bottle - wasted !”

“The moisturiser is great quality and works as usual however, the new packaging is a real let down. I'm thinking of switching to a new moisturiser as the new bottle doesn't allow me to use all of the product making it really wasteful and expensive.”
