“I have been using this cleanser for one month now consistently. Initially I had a bad reaction to it, but by the third use my skin accustomed to it. Through trial and error and I found that using it twice a day was too harsh, and once a day was perfect. This cleanser doesn't strip the skins natural oils although I do wish it was a but more moisturizing, hence the 4 stars. As far as the results, I have noticed great improvement in my blackheads around my nose. I recommend this product because it's a nice introduction to acids and a nice step to include not only cleansing the skin but also gently exfoliating.”

“I’ve been using this cleanser for 2 weeks now. My acne got worse during this period of time, however, this cleanser leaves the skin super soft. I love the fact that there are 3 helpful acids inside, and the unscented option. I will keep using it, and eventually update this review about the skin situation.”

“This stings my skin so badly and has caused major breakouts, and the unscented version really does smell awful. It also doesn’t remove makeup effectively, wouldn’t buy again.”

Sorry to hear, do contact us at help@facetheory.com for a full refund. The cleanser should tingle a little on application - and the unscented is exactly that - the smell of the ingredients. You may prefer the secnted versions of the products. Jamie
