“My cleanser has some kind of hard spikes that if I'm not careful enough to take out before cleansing will hurt my skin. In the photo it can be seen. It's my first time buying this cleanser but I don't suppose that's the normal composition of the cleanser, as it's pretty uncomfortable”

“I have hormonal acne for which I use prescription vitamine A, which causes my skin barrier to always be very fragile. I have good experiences with the Inkey List's Salicylic Acid Cleanser but wanted to try a more well rounded active cleanser. Mad About Skin in YT raved about this so decided to try this. First of all great amount for the price. Unfortunately the first time I used this it felt like I burnt my face off and had to wash it off in 5 seconds... Worked on strengthening my skin barrier and now use it 1-2x per week. You don't need a lot and I feel like it does it's job. 3 stars because I can't use it more often as it is quite strong. Texture and scent are both great!”
