“I've only had this product for a few days so I can't really say too much about it but it seems to be fairing well with my combination skin, thus far. It burned my first night because I used a cleansing brush. After more use it became subtle and refreshing. It's a cream base cleanser, so there isn't much suds and a little goes a long way. I see the brightening of my skin after the first day so so far I'm satisfied with this purchase.”

It is unlikely the salicylic acid is crystalized but we can't comment further until we see the product. Sorry again you were disappointed with this. Jamie

“Not even going to lie I was sceptical as I hadn't heard of facetheory before but this these are some of the best facial products I have ever used my skin has never been so good. Absolutely amazing I can't wait to try more from facetheory!”

“I was very skeptical to use an oil-based cleanser for oily skin. However, I trusted the reviews, and I´m glad I did!! It´s easy to use, even in lay nights, and my skin feels sooo nourished and clean without stripping all the oils away (that only leaves the skin overproducing oil to compensate). I do think I will be getting the pro version next for the evening wash. I use this as a mascara often, living it in for 10 minutes before I wash it out. Really loving the Facetheory products and I will most definitely continue to purchase.”
