I have used this and the po version and neither made a difference to the quality of skin around my eyes. My dark circles look the same despite using it twice a day as directed. After the pro made no difference I was not going to purchase either again and was a bit disappointed that it came as free gift. I gave read other reviews where the feedback has been positive. This product is not for me, which is a shame as my skin is having the best time with all the other products I have used so far.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our eye cream. We genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us understand how our products are performing for our customers. We’re sorry you didn’t see the results you hoped for with the eye cream, especially since you’ve had positive experiences with our other products. While individual results can vary due to different skin types and concerns, we always strive to create formulations that cater to a wide range of needs. Generally, you should expect to use an eye cream consistently for at least 5-6 weeks before seeing noticeable improvements in dark circles. This is because it takes about that long for a full skin cell turnover cycle to occur. If the cause of dark circles is genetic or due to the natural ageing process, it can even take even longer. Combine the eye cream use with good sleep habits, sun protection, and a healthy lifestyle for best results. Thanks Facetheory Team
