Si votre contour des yeux est fragile et sensible, voici quelques ajustements simples qui pourraient aider: - Continuez à l’utiliser à faible fréquence (par exemple 1 fois toutes les 1–2 semaines) et observez la réaction de votre peau. - Appliquez une petite quantité uniquement sur le contour des yeux, en évitant le pli interne et les yeux. - Utilisez une crème hydratante adaptée et sans parfum après l’application. - Si vous ressentez une gêne, retirez le produit et faites une pause temporaire. Si les irritations persistent, n’hésitez pas à nous le dire pour que nous vous proposions une alternative adaptée. Thanks Facetheory Team

“My skin isn’t agreeing with any of the retinal products. This one has caused irritation under my eye which is disappointing as it’s quite expensive. I had used the regenacalm serum previously multiple times and this caused no irritation however haven’t been able to use any of the retinal products.”

Hi Alicia, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and I’m really sorry to hear that the Retinal Eye Balm has caused irritation under your eye especially after investing in it and previously getting on well with Regenacalm. Retinal and retinoid products can sometimes be a bit stronger or feel different on the delicate eye area, even if similar products have been fine elsewhere on the face. Many people find they need to start very slowly for example, 2–3 times a week, using a tiny amount and keeping it to the orbital bone and then only increase use if the skin is comfortable. However, your comfort comes first, so if you’re experiencing irritation, we’d recommend stopping use for now. Thanks Facetheory Team
