Staff is amazing, experience is amazing, I've been coming for a few years now and come about once a month. but OMG the music in the Soho spot is so loud, it's like ear shattering loud and so intense even when it's late and chill and people are trying to relax. Im not saying you need to play bland spa music/pan flute, but the club bangers pouring from speakers right above you as you are trying to destress and relax is so jarring. It's nuts. I get you want the space to be fun but it's overboard sometimes. You need a vibe check...”
“The trainer was really rough (not in pressure but like holding onto my head for leverage during massages, pulling on my hair trying to put the headband on). Her hands smelled like cigarettes heavily, and my hair was soaked from the water afterwards because she didn’t adjust the headband. She went over my ears with the device a few times because she was being so rough”
