“The women who does my workout is amazing such a sweetheart. The front desk women was a bit condescending, I mentioned my facial time was moved up 10 minutes without asking me and she responded by said I should have called but because I was working I was not able to. Next time if I’m ever rescheduled I would like to be contacted first. When I was checking out I was charged full price even though I have a workout, I was not informed that my appointment was out of my charge date and would be counted as a second facial and would be getting charged a second time in two days. I asked if there was anyway to not get charged a second time or to move it as I am on a tight budget and would prefer to not be charged twice in one month. The front desk woman told me no, all in all I was left with a sour taste in my mouth. I have always had a great experience and was disappointed.”
