“Service was extremely short, I started after my appointment time and ended earlier. The trainer asked me about my goals, I told her, and she then recommended completely unrelated add ons as if she wasn’t listening. She recommended again when I was in the chair after I said no once. Finally, I heard the other trainers complaining about what a long day it had been and saying they were excited for us all to leave! Really bad experience overall.”
