“This was my second time at FaceGym. The first time I loved it. This time, I felt my trainer was unprofessional and inexperienced. She did not give me all the options that my first trainer did. It felt like she cut A LOT of corners. It will make me rethink coming back to face gym if this is the kind of quality they allow. Very very disappointed. Especially because I really enjoyed my first experience.”
“It doesn’t say on the website that you don’t accept cash, I wanted to be a member, but because you don’t accept cash I can’t, I don’t want my personal life going through my bank account as I have a very controlling spouse who watches every penny, I brought cash with me to pay , and now I have to explain why I spent 260.00 dollars on facial.”
“My trainer did a great job with explaining things, checking in on pressure, and really tailoring my face workout to my needs. She is great! I have definitely found the trainer I want to stick with.”
“Service was extremely short, I started after my appointment time and ended earlier. The trainer asked me about my goals, I told her, and she then recommended completely unrelated add ons as if she wasn’t listening. She recommended again when I was in the chair after I said no once. Finally, I heard the other trainers complaining about what a long day it had been and saying they were excited for us all to leave! Really bad experience overall.”
