“I used and loved this product for 2+ years until one day I opened a newly purchased bottle and the once gorgeous spicy/peppery, palo santo scent had been replaced only by a lingering vegetable oil/fish oil scent. I wrote the company on 4+ separate occasions to understand if maybe I'd just gotten a bad batch with no response.
