“Order not delivered, replacement was too late to be used on the project. Mark King replied to my complaint by blaming me for selecting Royal Mail free delivery . He should realise that nothing is free and delivery costs were included in the purchase price, The contract was with Bearing King not their carrier. They should accept responsibility and not blame the customer. If they cannot trust Royal Mail they should remove that option from their site, and replace it with a reliable option.”

I didn't blame you for choosing FREE 5 day delivery with Royal Mail Second Class as your delivery method, however we do try and advise our customers to choose the tracked delivery methods we also offer if you might need it quicker, we have more control with DPD etc

I didn't blame you for choosing FREE 2nd Class I was just telling you when you asked that your order was sent using 2nd class as per your request, however we do advise our customers if their order is more of an urgent matter to choose one of our traceable delivery methods which we have more control over
