“Item was never received, there was an initial reply to my email saying it was dispatched 2 weeks prior, but I have since made contact on 2 occasions since with no reply. It has now been almost 5 weeks. I do realise things are a bit slower due to covid-19 but to have no reply at all over the last 2.5 weeks is pretty poor customer service.”
