“Product is good, customer service not so good if there is a query. On my last order there was a website glitch and the delivery address was incomplete - this was not clear until after the order was placed. Immediately on receipt of the automated confirmation email I sent an email to customer service asking them to correct the address before sending. They took three days to reply and the reply was very unhelpful. By then the order had been despatched by the automated system but was obviously going nowhere. I wrote back and got another moronic reply. After two further emails, someone more senior took over and had the order re-sent. Two weeks later I received the product which was excellent. Be persistent until you get in contact with a competent human.”
