Hi Sunil, we do explain in great detail exactly what the skins are with lengthy descriptions, numerous photos and even video - if you think your skin arrived damaged then please contact our customer service team at info@wrappz.com We do also sell hard cases and leather cases so perhaps you would prefer one of those next time.

“Very poor. The case doesn't actually protect the screen. The sides of the case should be above the screen but are 2-3mm below therefore offering no protection.. Poor design”

“Didn't fit my phone at all. Didn't cover the entire space at the back. Just the middle part. Pointless. Was an o2 offer, so not too disheartened, but overall extremely disappointed and has consequently gone in the bin.”

Hi Deborah, you ordered as part of the O2 promotion which does not mention cases at all and clearly shows the offer is for a skin and that is what you ordered from the website. We do all we can to show exactly what the skins are with lengthy descriptions, numerous photos and even video. We also do hard cases and faux leather cases. Maybe you would be better to order one of those instead next time.

“It's just a sticker. It's already fading. Not value for money at all and offers no protection from scratches as it doesn't go to the edges of my phone.”

“Print quality & material quality is very good however I do question the value for money. I found the skins a little tricky to position accurately around the buttons so that it wouldn't interfere with them but with careful thinking that can be avoided. Overall I do recommend them and my controller is super snazzy now! >:)”
