“Ordered as skin as part of o2 promotion still not received it after 3 weeks. Contacted support but only replied with a standard email template. Nobody seems to staff their phone line either”

“I ordered this item in January for a birthday present in February. It is now March 15th and I am still waiting for delivery........ I have phoned a number of times to inquire and each time was assured it would soon arrive. I am more than not impressed with the service. I certainly will not be recommending it to anyone else. I would actually like a refund but I won't hold my breath for that.”

“Case has a good fit and feels sturdy but unfortunately the picture is too dark. Had sent my original image along with the image of the printed case showing how much darker the case was presented to customer services but they basically said they couldn't see a problem with it.”
