“Ordered as skin as part of o2 promotion still not received it after 3 weeks. Contacted support but only replied with a standard email template. Nobody seems to staff their phone line either”

“I ordered this item in January for a birthday present in February. It is now March 15th and I am still waiting for delivery........ I have phoned a number of times to inquire and each time was assured it would soon arrive. I am more than not impressed with the service. I certainly will not be recommending it to anyone else. I would actually like a refund but I won't hold my breath for that.”

“Case has a good fit and feels sturdy but unfortunately the picture is too dark. Had sent my original image along with the image of the printed case showing how much darker the case was presented to customer services but they basically said they couldn't see a problem with it.”

“Only gave 1 * as there wasn't an option for zero !! Sold as Faux leather which apparently is nouveu French for Fake ¡! Well it certainly lived up to its billing in fact surpassing everything Faux as I ended up with a case with a front cover made from cardboard .I did try to rescue my money but when speaking to the director he said it wasn't his fault that I didn't know that Faux meant Fake and used this in his defence !! But come on cardboard?? I have referred the matter to Bromley Trading standards meanwhile if you have a barge pole dont touch it !!”
