“I would extremely like to review this product in full but as I have not yet received it I cannot! I designed and paid for this item on May 16th (for my husband as an anniversary present on the 24th May). On the 22nd May I got a email to say it had been dispatched. It never arrived. I have emailed 3 times regarding this yet nothing has been done re a replacement or refund. Dissapointed”

“I would have like to be able to review my product, however, after 2 weeks and my order not arriving, I have tried to contact Wrappz 3 times now via email and their contact us page and each time I get a message back saying they were very busy with queries and hoped to reply within 24 hours. 3 days after my first email and I am still waiting to hear back from them about where my order is. Am very disappointed in the customer service and will think twice before using this company again.”

“Poor service overall. Never received item and have still not received any sort of communication from multiple messages that I've sent regarding a refund. AVOID!!!”
