“Unfortunately the case provided didn't fit the phone. Upon asking for a resolution from the customer services team I was simply offered a discount off another purchase. Completely unsatisfactory resolution, £20 wasted. I won't be using Wrappz again, and I'll actively steer other people away from the website.”
