“Absolute pleasure staying here. Everything was great. The customers service was so lovely on arrival and throughout. Any enquiries needed to me done they was right on it. Dinner was amazing the service was welcoming and food was 10/10 and it came quick. The room was a good size and clean. The health spa was clean and great to have a break they even had free water top up station. The only thing I would say is the swimming pool room was very hot but the water was good temperature. The spa itself was nice the lady did an amazing job. Free parking as well, close to straford shopping centre so good location. I would absolutely come again. Thank you for being so welcoming. Oh breakfast was great too. 9/10 overall.”
