“I would have actually given zero stars if I could. Never actually received the bed. Was told it had been dispatched but then never heard anymore about it. Googled company and there were some terrible reviews. I emailed them for an update but no response. So I emailed Wowcher and explained the situation, only once they had emailed them did I get a reply. So days after my delivery was due the courier decided that they didn’t come to my area, I’m now waiting for a refund. I’m hoping Wowcher take this company Cloud 9 off their website.”

“I would review this bed if I had received it. I received a different bed that I don't want nearly 2 weeks ago. I am trying to get the supplier to collect and refund but just going round in circles.”

“Absolutely horrified with this purchase. Right hand side panel is longer than the left so bed is not parallel, bed top is so weak that when you lift it, it twists and the screws holding the hinges fall out. The gas struts don't operate ( I've had them in a vice and can't get them to move). The two supports that go across the bed were different lengths and neither fit. The bed top ( mattress holder lift up piece ) has a hole through the fabric, it is so weak I would not trust a toddler to sleep on it. We have been in touch with company who made it and sent photos and written report, still waiting a response. You just get a generated email saying they will be in touch. I'd like to believe we will receive a refund, unlikely considering you can't talk to them. 2 weeks later, still no reply! Please don't waste your money! I've reported to wowcher and yet they are still selling this bed! I think you trust Wowcher. We have since looked at reviews on their company website and have fell in to the too good to be true trap. We have gas lift beds in 3 of our bedrooms and never had a problem with them. Please do your research before purchasing from this company.”
