“We purchased our Mystery Holiday through Wowcher, with Travelodeal handling the booking arrangements. A couple of days after booking, Travelodeal contacted us to confirm our requirements and preferences. The process was straightforward, and the team were friendly, helpful and keen to ensure we were happy with the holiday they put together. What we really liked was that they took the time to understand what we wanted and worked with us to make sure the trip suited our needs. Communication was clear and efficient throughout. I’d definitely recommend giving a Mystery Holiday a try, particularly if you’re flexible and not tied to specific dates or destinations. It’s a fun and exciting way to travel, and there’s a real sense of anticipation waiting to discover where you’re going. Even just for the experience itself, it’s well worth doing.
