“Bought the Woucher, and never received the goods. It was supposed to be a birthday present for my wife. Contacted the seller via email as instructed by Woucher, and didn't receive an acknowledgement or anything at all back. Scammed out of my money! It's now the 20th of May, the perfume was meant to be delivered by the 8th, and still nothing, and nothing from the seller. How long do you have to wait? I believe I've been patient. Lesson learned for sure, will never use this severance again .”

“Hi , My order number is 51639593, This was the first time I placed an order on your platform, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. I still have not received my order. I contacted the seller twice, but I did not receive any response. In my account, it shows that the delivery was returned, which I do not understand because the seller never shared any courier details or tracking number with me. Apart from an email address, there is no direct communication number available to contact the seller. I kindly request your help in resolving this issue and arranging a full refund, including the delivery charges. Thank you for your support.”
