“Very easy to 'build', just basically pulling appart was needed. Fabric is really breathable. The side tray is great, holds my phone, drink, sunglasses..and chair itself very comfortable. I love how it moves. Perfect for my garden sunbathing”

“2 weeks ago purchased. I got 2 chairs, one is great as described but second came faulty. Some parts were done in factory in wrong direction compared to good chair as a result I got faulty chair that when try to assemble got broken and can not be used. Company didn't send me replacement, they promised to send but didn't send anything. They also promised to collect the faulty chair from me but also failed. I was left with faulty chair and problem how to dispose this! So I got one chair faulty and seller didn't refund me, didn't send replacement, didn't even accept return of the chair. Think twice before buying from them! Even Wowcher customer service didn't help with it! I am left with faulty chair. I was promised courier collection from my house on Sunday, I sit while day in the house next to the window to open door to courier asap but no one came! I am in tears this happened to me. I didn't only lost money, I was also left with a problem how to dispose big faulty chair! I don't have a car how I will take it to recycle centre!? And I would have to pay also for disposal. This is outrageous to send faulty items and ignore complaints.”
