“Awful, absolutely awful. I booked through Wowcher and communication is dire. I don’t get the date or time that I requested. Rung the actually Spa itself instead of emailing and was met by a very rude and considering receptionist whom told me she didn’t have time for my phone call and to email, so I emailed and still no response or no refund. Terrible experience.”
