“I purchased tickets for myself and 4 members of my family. Slight hiccup as venue provided to me was incorrect. However, I contacted Wowcher and the mix up was rectified, in the blink of an eye. I'm very impressed with customer service. Our showing is for the 6th April at the Trafford centre we are all looking forward to this show the children are so excited.”

“I was asked for a review so I am giving an honest one. I purchased tickets several days before the event. I had problems from the start trying to access my tickets as the message I got was Not Valid For This Event. I tried to contact Wowcher on the WhatsApp and to be fair they replied, although at least in part it was an AI generated response repeating what I had already told them. Eventually I managed to redeem my tickets although it was very unclear if they were actual tickets that would be accepted when I turned up at the event. Then 2 days before the show I received a message from Wowcher telling me they had refunded my money. No apology. No explanation. I asked at the circus Box Office if the "tickets" I had would be accepted on the day and they said they were not actual tickets which needed a bar code. So I'm left non the wiser. Have my tickets really been cancelled and if so why? I never asked for a refund. And how exactly was I supposed to download tickets from the Wowcher App? I am so pleased I didn't tell my grandson I was taking him to the circus but I am so sad if others have been let down like this. A very poor experience and I won't use Wowcher again for this reason.”
