“I have yet to travel - my travel companion and I are still pondering dates and have struggled to obtain a package that suits us largely because the advert is extremely misleading: I was informed post voucher purchase that flights are pre selected and to obtain the flights I wanted - London airports are NOT an option by the way - I would have to pay an additional supplement in my case they requested £59 per person and at one point the agency quoted £159. The 3 night option was also spurious initially as I was provided with an outgoing flight that would have meant us arriving at 11:00pm, meaning we would have missed a whole day and a return flight that left so early in the morning on the final day we would have had zero time in Prague on our final day. My travel companion became so frustrated that she has managed to source exactly the same proposed flights and hotel for £200 less per person so I will be taking this up with agents again! Trip advisor reviews also report similar issues and the majority of the ratings were poor for this reason. Wowcher also cited because the ‘deal’ is on your website.”
