“I was unable to download my vouchers and it seems they are now showing redeemed. I have asked gif s full refund as I did not use them as it was too complicated”

“Wowcher need to be more specific about what cinemas you can use these vouchers. Have bought before and could use in local cinema to me so didn’t read small print and as redeemed voucher code but not used cannot get a refund. Not a happy customer”

“Bought this and wouldn’t work for the new wuthering heights film out! You had to redeem this to even get the codes for the site so couldn’t even get a refund so disappointed. It should really saying which films it won’t work for!”

“not clear if can use the codes separately for one person to visit Odeon on a number of occasions. showed as my wowcher had redeemed when I had not booked the cinema trip yet. more clarity would be useful”
