“Bought through wowcher. Tickets never showed as redeemed which meant I had to seek clarification through customer services. To be fair the company eventually confirmed but wasn't straightforward. There was no explanation regarding how we redeemed the prosecco, so we didn't benefit from that. Entry felt disorganised, tickets were received by email, there was no way to scan on entry so ticket staff were taking visitor names to check booking, this took a long time and led to long queues. The show was mixed, some great performances and some more mediocre. Overall, it was an enjoyable show and the set was very well done.”
