“Extremely poor quality. Not extra thick as stated. Lumpy, saggy and the noise of springs ridiculous. Not fit to be slept on. 7 days on from making formal complaint requesting a refund and still not getting anywhere.”

“Unfortunately delivery and description were not as advertised. Delivery a nightmare. Stayed in for a given delivery spot. Eventually the van arrived without my mattress. 10 days later, after contacting Wowcher for help, mattress arrived but this time with no delivery information or contact with 3 hour spot. Depth was just over 6 inches not as described below. 11–12 Inch Depth: Unparalleled plushness and extra cushioning for restful nights. However, an OK cheap mattress. I guess in the end you get what you pay for. An honest description would be more helpful!”

“I would give a zero rating if I could. The mattress was absolute rubbish in not returning to normal position after getting up. It just leaves lumps and bumps of discomfort. I have waited over a week for any response from the merchant. Thinking of buying from them? Don't do it!”
