“The product itself is great and it's at a bargain price. However, the process of getting it was an uphill struggle. Very confusing website, many distracting links designed to upsell, many broken links. Trying to get help is not easy. Don't worry though, it's worth it in the end. I would use it again, but allow extra time and try to keep calm ... even if you're tempted to throw a brick at your computer!”

“I could not download the Adobe Lightroom 2026 item i bought. Eventually my son managed to do it but on the wrong computer. We stopped the downloaded and then tried it on the main computer. It would not let us down load on my photographic editing computer. So I am not pleased with your organisation and totally frustrated. I am 78 years old and find all this unfriendly and certainly not user friendly.”

“Whilst I have used derivatives of this software successfully it with great frustration that isn't usable on my new surface 12 as the snapdragon based system is not currently support, so a bit of a waste this time.”
