“Ordered purple for my little boy , recieved pink! Emailed 3 times and still no reply week later do I give up ! Also delivery when I thought I’d bought the bike was £6.99 then few days later was charged £8.99 disappointing bargain bike that was more expensive and wrong colour sent”

“I cancelled the order on the same night I purchased it as it’s too small for my granddaughter. I emailed both Wowcher and the merchant many times explaining that I wanted to cancel the order. However, the order was delivered and I am still waiting for either Wowcher or the merchant to contact me to confirm when someone is coming to pick up the order as I don’t want it’s I have said many many times.”
