“The worse afternoon tea that I ever experienced. Hair in tea ,waiter didn’t apologise. Sandwiches didnt taste fresh . Waiter hardly spoke with us . This is a 4* hotel but the service was terrible! First time for my niece so it was very upsetting”

“I booked for a group of friends, it was a surprise 50th gathering. When we arrived, I thought we would be in a space with views of Tower Bridge, this was not the case. The courthouse room is small and cozy. The waiter came over and to my annoyance repeatedly mentioned we had already paid via the Wowcher voucher. As it was clear from my booking this was a surprise, I felt this was unnecessary. The service was quite slow but we were fine chatting, sandwiches were nice, cakes were okay. They bought out a cake at the end for the birthday girl which was nice. Anu at reception was so lovely, very friendly and took some lovely group photos for us.”
