“Enjoyable stay, comfortable room. Wine wasn’t in room but agreed to give it us with meal. Enjoyed the meal but found the sweets very small for £12.00, overpriced. Good spa and breakfast.”

“Unfortunately, there were several aspects of the visit that did not meet our expectations. The pool and leisure area was disappointing, as the jacuzzi was not working, and the facilities did not appear as presented in the photographs on your website. We also experienced issues with hotel facilities, including a lift that was out of order, which caused some inconvenience during our stay. At the spa, we found the staff to be less welcoming than expected, which affected what should have been a relaxing experience. Breakfast was another area of concern, as the food was served cold, and no staff member checked in with us during the meal. Additionally, upon checkout, we were not asked about our stay, which felt like a missed opportunity to address any concerns at the time. In our room, the radiator was not functioning correctly, and a wheel was missing, which raised concerns for us regarding safety. Would not buy again and would not recommend to anyone”
