“Very poor service from the seller of this item! I emailed them the day after ordering this item! This was to cancel the order because the only ‘ folding part is the handlebars! I received no response so I emailed them again about 9 days later, attaching my original communication! A few days later I received texts to book in a delivery date with the courier! I phoned them and told them to cancel the order, they took the details and said they would be back in touch! Still waiting to hear from them and waiting on my overdue refund!!!”

“Delivered 6 days late. 1 element is faulty. 3 emails to supplier, MARCOLESS TRADING LTD HAVE’NT HAD A REPLY. CAN’T USE IT AS IT WOULD’NT BE EXCHANGEABLE. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED”
