“Ticket prices brilliant,theme park not so good,last went there a few years ago,what a change!...some cafe's,stalls,etc not open ,seemed to be less animals in the zoo and some rides closed,portacabins dotted around and piles of rubble in some areas,spoke to a staff menber who said there were refurbishments and changes going on,well let everyone know when its "finished"...got round the zoo and the rides in one day,was planning second day,but once we'd got there decided not to bother...only upside half price entry,but seemed to measure up with the half the things to see and do.....dissapointing...”

“We had a good day but it is looking very tired now. The app showed false information about the shows, staff acknowledged this when asked why it was still on there and all they said was a lot is changing at the moment. The rides are good but very uncomfortable, jerky and hurt! Sik is great, the zoo looks very sad and sorry for itself.”

“Overall a good day out for the family. Wowcher experience was great, easy to use and redeem. Flamingo land was good - marked down due to some rides being closed during peak season isn’t great but guess safety comes first. Also if you’re going with toddlers, ride are more limited than I thought they would be, but the zoo was very nice and animals looked well kept.”

“It is a very very good theme park and zoo, however there can be some improvements. For example the rides can definitely benefit from having more than 1 train on (particularly SIK) and most rides could benefit from faster operations. Overall though it is a very good theme park and definitely will come back again :)”
